Natalie O'Bryant, RD, LD, RYT200

As a Registered Dietitian, I have studied the importance of nutrition in controlling weight and chronic health disease, such as diabetes and high cholesterol.

But as a "foodie", I have grown to appreciate the creativity and fun in making healthy meals taste deliciious! When I balance healthy, yet tasty, meals with fun and enjoyable exercise, such as yoga and pilates, I feel and look my best-and I find myself no longer stressing about weight maintenance. I want to share my education and knowledge with anybody who will listen and is looking for the same result. Through my varied experience, I have found that the path to successful change (weight loss, lowering blood glucose or cholesterol numbers, etc.) is reached through dedication, motivation and education-that's where I come in! Let me educate you with scientific-based knowledge and no fad-diet will ever be able to compete.

Nutrition visits can include weight loss/weight management, weight gain, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, sensitivities, or intolerances, sports nutrition, maternal/child/teen nutrition, healthy cooking, chronic disease management including diabetes, high cholesterol, renal/kidney disease, heart failure, and more! Private yoga and pilates sessions are also available for fitness integration.

My past employers include companies such as Sunrise Children's Foundation WIC and Early Head Start, United Healthcare/Sierra Health, Wellness Coaches USA in collaboration with MGM Resorts International, and Nutrition Moves!

As a Las Vegas native, I received my education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences. I am regsitered and licensed with the state of Nevada as a dietitian. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, certified via a 200-hour teacher training in Z-Flow yoga and certified to teach mat pilates through Bodyheat yoga in Henderson.

What is a RD?

A Registered Dietitian has a training in nutrition education that you can not get through any other program besides an accredited university. Being licensed in Nevada means that there are no other professions in the state, besides a registered and licensed dietitian, that can give nutrition advice. The importance of seeing a dietitian for nutrition education is that you receive the most scientific-based nutrition advice available.
